HOW COUNSELLING HELPS

A space that's entirely yours.

Counselling gives you time to talk openly with someone trained to listen, who isn't part of your everyday life. It can help you understand what you're feeling, why, and what you'd like to change.

Feel heard, without judgement

Say the things you haven't been able to say anywhere else, and have them met with care.

Understand your patterns

Notice the thoughts, habits and relationships that keep repeating, and where they might come from.

Ease anxiety and stress

Find ways to steady yourself when things feel too much, and build calm that lasts.

Navigate change and loss

Make sense of grief, endings and transitions, in your own time and your own way.

Strengthen relationships

Communicate more clearly, set healthier boundaries and feel more connected to the people around you.

Be kinder to yourself

Quieten the inner critic and build confidence, self-worth and self-compassion.

IN PERSON · SLOANE SQUARE

Walk & talk therapy

We meet at an agreed spot near Sloane Square and walk through nearby green spaces in Kensington and Chelsea, talking as we go.

  • Side by side can feel less intense than face to face
  • Gentle movement and fresh air can help thoughts flow
  • We set the pace and route together, and can pause or sit any time
  • Sessions go ahead in most weather. If it's truly wild, we can switch to online

QUESTIONS

Things people often ask.

Do I need to be in crisis to come to counselling?

Not at all. Many people come because something just doesn't feel quite right, or they'd like to understand themselves better. You don't need a reason that feels "big enough".
